Updated User Interface
Our front end user interface has undergone a long awaited update with a modernized look and feel. This is a stepping stone to a complete overhaul on the interface and bringing it into the cloud.
Registration Kiosk: “Add-a-Minor”
We’ve added a new step to registration where a parent can quickly add multiple children, easily creating a separate account for each and only needing to sign once.
Loyalty Program
Stay engaged with your customers and increase repeat business with our new system for awarding and redeeming loyalty points based on product purchases.
Multi-Select/Add Guests
Make the check-in process much faster with the ability to select multiple customers in the queue and add single participants or groups to multiple activities or races in the schedule. All it takes is one click and your customers will experience shorter lines, quicker checkout and an improved experience overall.
3rd Party Integrations
We’ve developed 3rd party integrations with game card systems. You can now use Embed and Intercard with your Clubspeed system to sell and recharge game cards directly in Clubspeed’s Point of Sale.
Marketing Updates
We’ve added new segmentation filters like age, visits, points, balance or an event in the last 'x' number of days to help make your marketing efforts more purposeful. Use the new segmentation filters to drive revenue with more strategic marketing content targeting specific audiences at specific times.
